EXPERTISE & TECHNIQUE

There are very few nasal surgeries Dr. Walker is not able or willing to tackle. As a rhinoplasty expert, Dr. Walker takes on a wide range of cases helping numerous clients, from those looking to have a primary “nose job” or wanting their breathing issues resolved, to many who’ve felt hopeless and dejected after a “botched” cosmetic surgery, suboptimal rhinoplasty results, severe nasal trauma, or cancer resection. In fact, Dr. Walker is one of the few rhinoplasty surgeons in the country whose expertise is harvesting your own rib (aka autologous rib grafting), if necessary, in revision surgeries, through a minimal incision. This allows him to take on cases considered too complex for many plastic surgeons. Another technique he may utilize, if needed, is harvesting a small portion of your own ear (auricular) cartilage through a hidden incision behind your ear to reconstruct the nose, although most patients who have never undergone a previous nose job typically do not need either ear or rib cartilage, and surgery is limited to the nose. Dr. Walker performs as many primary rhinoplasties as he does revision surgeries. Clients seeking an “augmentation rhinoplasty” often turn to Dr. Walker to build up the bridge of their nose, which many Asian and African-American clients seek. Although many prospective patients who are dissatisfied with their nasal appearance and/or breathing turn to Dr. Walker for surgery (see gallery), he equally enjoys performing liquid rhinoplasty (nose job), aka non-surgical rhinoplasty, through precise placement of facial filler (typically Voluma) to contour the nose and hide imperfections in clients who are candidates for such procedure.

Dr. Walker’s practice is not just limited to nasal surgery but he is also skilled in the latest surgical and non-surgical procedures that rejuvenate the face and neck. His goal is to give you a refreshed and natural look with virtually undetectable scarring. Dr. Walker offers endoscopic brow or forehead lifts, blepharoplasty (eyelid lifts), neck lifts, mini-facelifts and facelifts, facial implants, fat transfer or fat grafting, buccal fat removal, neck liposuction, otoplasty (ear surgery), torn earlobe repair, and chin augmentation. He also performs a vast array of non-surgical procedures including Botox, Dysport, Jeuveau, Kybella, dermal fillers such as Restylane or Juvéderm including Voluma, chemical peels, laser resurfacing and RF microneedling treatments. His reconstructive expertise includes excision and reconstruction of skin cancers and other skin lesions, MOHs reconstruction, scar revision, keloid treatment, and facial trauma repair.
